The red hand symbolizes:
The feeling and thought of being touched feels like burning as well as the sexual abuse we went through as a child
And the fact that it's drawn in pen due to two things:
It happened when we were still in school where they didn't care & the feeling of the permanent damage it caused
The green pills symbolize:
The early medication (13 years old btw) we were put on and the fact that they barely work
The cat represents how dehumanized we were both by predators, other students and "therapists" and "psychiatrits" as well as our inability to feel uman because of the abuse and dissociation and looks afraid due to the gravity of the situation compared to our innocence at the time
